Accessories to Suit Your Home:

Accessories can often be seen as silly knick knacks but, they add a special touch to your home both aesthetically and for functionality. At Fratantoni Interior Designers, our luxury home interior designers believe that accessories add a flare that you cannot get with just furniture. For example, some of our favorite accessories to suit your home are below!

Dining Room Accessories:

First, when guests come to your home if you have table settings at the dining table it adds a complete look to the table. Having placemats that coordinate with other items in the room such as drapes or furniture is common to accentuate other colors. Such as the Royal Chateau estate below. Our luxury interior designers include gold placemats, white and gold napkins, and gold napkin rings to bring out the gold in the gorgeous art pieces.

While the table is set with accessories, another focal point in the room that adds a special touch is the art pieces. As seen below, the art sculptures and paintings are not only beautiful to look at but serve as conversation starters.

Office Accessories:

One room that is often forgotten about when it comes to aesthetics is the home office. You don’t want to have a busy or cluttered desk as you are working. However, there are small accessories that will fill the bookshelves and still have a sophisticated look to match an office vibe. Accessories perfect for the office include books, flowers, and a globe. The Elora Estate below has shelving behind the desk to hide miscellaneous paperwork. As well as other office essentials so that the desk can have small accessories to make it feel more comfortable and cozier.

Another accessory that our luxury interior designers believe is normally ignored is pillows and blankets! Not only do pillows and blankets make a room cozier, but they are also the perfect addition to incorporate different textures and colors in a room. The Royal Chateau formal living room below has pillows and blankets that tie in the other colors in the room and create an overall gorgeous look!

The landscape of high end living is undergoing a profound transformation. We are witnessing a move away from the immediate impact of showy displays toward a more profound and lasting beauty. This new era of luxury is defined by a sense of permanence where the value of a space increases as it is lived in and loved. At Fratantoni Interior Designers, we believe that a truly exceptional home does not need to shout to be noticed. It commands attention through the quality of its bones and the soul of its materials. This shift represents a commitment to design that remains relevant long after the initial reveal.

When a property commands an extraordinary natural vista, the residence must answer with equal magnificence. The interplay between interior spaces and the external environment dictates the true essence of a bespoke estate. Achieving perfect harmony requires an uncompromising vision where nature and architecture converse flawlessly. The most breathtaking rooms never compete with the beauty just outside the glass. Masterful styling acts as a subtle frame for the world beyond the walls. Every selection of fabric and finish must elevate the surrounding environment without causing visual distraction.

True luxury is found in the profound restoration of the mind and body. A masterfully appointed estate should serve as an absolute sanctuary from the demands of the world. Elevating a living space into a restorative retreat requires an intentional approach to aesthetic and spatial harmony. Our luxury design team understands that your home must nourish your daily wellbeing.

Exceptional illumination does far more than simply brighten a room. It dictates the entire emotional resonance of a space and defines the architectural mood. When curated with exacting precision, customized illumination transcends mere function to become breathtaking physical art.

Building a luxury custom home requires more than strong ideas in separate phases. It requires architecture, interior design, and construction to work together from the beginning. In high end residential interior design, every decision affects another, which is why a more collaborative process often leads to a better final result. A ceiling detail can influence lighting. Cabinetry design can affect framing and electrical planning. Material selections can impact installation, timelines, and architectural detailing. When these disciplines are aligned early, the home feels more cohesive, more intentional, and more fully resolved. At Fratantoni, our in house teams at Fratantoni Design , Fratantoni Interior Designers, and Fratantoni Luxury Estates work together to create luxury homes that are thoughtfully developed from concept to completion.

Building a custom home is one of the most exciting opportunities a homeowner can experience. It is a chance to create a residence that reflects your lifestyle, aesthetic, and long term vision in a way that feels deeply personal. For luxury homeowners, that process should be intentional from the very beginning. Every room, finish, architectural detail, and functional feature should work together to create a home that feels cohesive, elevated, and entirely custom. One of the biggest mistakes homeowners make when building a new home is waiting too long to involve an interior designer. Many people assume interior design begins after the floor plan is complete or once construction has already started. In reality, the most successful luxury homes begin with interior design much earlier in the process.
