Initial Consultation & Site Visit
Our process begins with a personal consultation where we can meet you at our office, or connect via Zoom to understand your goals and discuss your vision. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, our design expertise extends across the U.S. and beyond, bringing sophistication and style to every project. During this stage, we’ll take time to learn about your preferences, lifestyle, and the specific elements you’d like to include in your new home.


Concept Development & Material Selection
Following the initial consultation, we create a design concept that reflects your vision. We carefully curate materials, finishes, and color palettes for your review, ensuring every selection complements the style and layout of your new home. Once approved, our team produces detailed CAD drawings so you can visualize each space with the chosen materials, fixtures, and finishes.


Throughout this phase, we hold regular meetings via video, phone, or in person, to review progress and make refinements as needed. By the time selections are complete, we’ve developed a fully realized plan that captures your vision and meets our exacting standards for luxury design.


Detailed Design Plans
Once the design concept is approved, we prepare detailed drawings and specifications for every room in your home. From floor plans and ceiling details to the precise placement of lighting and outlets, we ensure that each aspect of your new build aligns with the functional and aesthetic goals we’ve established together. Our comprehensive plans serve as a clear roadmap for your builder, providing all the guidance needed to execute your dream home with precision.


Builder Collaboration
For a fully streamlined experience, we highly recommend working with our in-house builders and home plan designers—Fratantoni Luxury Estates and Fratantoni Design. Their deep understanding of our process ensures flawless execution from start to finish. However, if you are already partnered with a builder, we are happy to collaborate by providing ongoing support, reviewing progress, and coordinating closely to align construction with our design intent. Through regular site visits, we carefully oversee each phase, ensuring the finished result meets both our standards and your expectations.


Material Sourcing & Customization
To bring your vision to life, we provide many of the materials featured in our design concepts, including custom cabinetry, iron doors/ railings, cantera stone, drapes, wood doors, and flooring. Our network of trusted tradespeople enables us to source premium materials and finishes, ensuring every detail reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and sophistication of a Fratantoni-designed home.
