This article will discuss give you the chance to take a look into our design process and how we work.

At Fratantoni Interior Designers, we have experienced teams of designers with perfected systems that allow us to take on multiple projects. Our team has been very blessed work on beautiful estates all over the world. We have designed luxury estates from Scottsdale, Arizona all the way to The Grand Cayman Islands! Every detail will be closely monitored when designing your home to ensure your needs are fulfilled regardless of what city you live in.

Take a look into our design process to learn more about how we work and if we are the right fit for your project.

Traveling To Your Home

Whether your project is a remodel or a new build, we will travel to your home (regardless of the city) for our first meeting to review all your ideas!

Our home base is in Scottsdale, Arizona but that doesn’t stop us from designing homes all over the country. We are in high demand because of our seamless process and the caliber of homes we design.

Designing Your Home

After our initial meeting at your home, we will begin selecting materials for your family to approve to make sure we are going in the right direction. Once we get the green light we will begin to draw your home on CAD to show you what each room will look like with all the approved selections.

During this phase, we will have regularly scheduled meetings to go over drawings and materials through viseo chat or phone conferences. When we are done with all drawings and selections then a binder will be given to your builder to use as a guideline of what will be going into your home. Look at this binder as an instruction book to build your home. Without our binder, the blueprints for your home will only get your builder so far!

Working Alongside Your Builder

If you are building a new home or renovating an existing one, the process with us and our support to the builder are the same. As your home is being built, should your builder have questions, we are here for him. Also, we will be traveling to your home on a regular basis to meet your builder to review the progress of the home.

Seeing families happily living in their dream home provides us with a great deal of satisfaction, and it is our goal to give you the same excitement we get from designing your dream home! Click here to send us a message regarding your home design.

Building a luxury custom home requires more than strong ideas in separate phases. It requires architecture, interior design, and construction to work together from the beginning. In high end residential interior design, every decision affects another, which is why a more collaborative process often leads to a better final result. A ceiling detail can influence lighting. Cabinetry design can affect framing and electrical planning. Material selections can impact installation, timelines, and architectural detailing. When these disciplines are aligned early, the home feels more cohesive, more intentional, and more fully resolved. At Fratantoni, our in house teams at Fratantoni Design , Fratantoni Interior Designers, and Fratantoni Luxury Estates work together to create luxury homes that are thoughtfully developed from concept to completion.

Building a custom home is one of the most exciting opportunities a homeowner can experience. It is a chance to create a residence that reflects your lifestyle, aesthetic, and long term vision in a way that feels deeply personal. For luxury homeowners, that process should be intentional from the very beginning. Every room, finish, architectural detail, and functional feature should work together to create a home that feels cohesive, elevated, and entirely custom. One of the biggest mistakes homeowners make when building a new home is waiting too long to involve an interior designer. Many people assume interior design begins after the floor plan is complete or once construction has already started. In reality, the most successful luxury homes begin with interior design much earlier in the process.
