Last we heard from this house, we had just broken ground. This stunning Italian-style home is being built in Silverleaf Arcadia, a private community of intimate luxury homes tucked into the canyons of the McDowell Mountains. Here is a sneak peek at the front entryway. The middle arch outlines the front iron door – talk about making a grand entrance! On either side, two Cantera columns will frame the door.

One of our favorite aspects of this home is the gorgeous curved staircase with a Juliet balcony beside it. This architectural feature adds a touch of timeless elegance and sophistication.
