Luxury Custom Home in Chandler

Livable Basement Construction

One of the standout features of this luxury home is the livable basement. The black wall you see in the photos is called a stem wall, a crucial supporting structure that connects the vertical walls to the foundation. This essential step not only provides structural integrity but also protects the home from the elements and insects, ensuring long-lasting durability and comfort.

Unique Features of the Estate

This beautiful estate is set to include a variety of luxurious amenities:

  • Detached Pool/Bath : A separate pool and bath area for ultimate relaxation and convenience.
  • RV Garage : Spacious accommodation for recreational vehicles, perfect for adventurous homeowners.
  • Walk-Out Courtyard at Basement Level : A unique feature that enhances the livability and aesthetic appeal of the basement area.

Stunning Outdoor Spaces

The design also includes a basement courtyard staircase leading to a mezzanine patio at ground level. This reveals a beautifully designed backyard ramada and house pool/spa area. These outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying tranquil moments of relaxation.

Stay Tuned for More Updates

We are excited to see this luxurious home take shape and can’t wait to share the final product with you. Stay tuned for more updates and insider information as we continue to make progress on this exceptional project.

The Difference a Professional Interior Designer Makes in a Luxury Home

By Jessica Fratantoni • September 16, 2026
Many homeowners reach a moment when their home feels close to finished, yet something still feels missing. The architecture is beautiful, the furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the materials reflect quality, but the home does not yet feel whole. This is a feeling our clients describe often, and it is usually the moment they reach out to Fratantoni Interior Designers. A luxury home becomes truly complete when every room speaks the same design language. This harmony is subtle but unmistakable. It shows up in the way colors flow from one space to the next, in the way lighting creates warmth and depth, and in the way furnishings feel tailored to the architecture rather than simply placed within it. When these elements come together, the home feels intentional, inviting, and beautifully finished.
