Paradise Valley Remodel:
From all of us here at Fratantoni Interior Designers, we want to wish you and yours, a very happy holiday season! Thank you to our team, clients, trades, and everyone for making 2023 a great year. As we reflect on the past year, our Arizona luxury interior designers were busy designing dream homes for clients. One project completed in 2023 was the Paradise Valley Remodel project.
Whether you are looking to build or remodel your home, our interior designers provide cutting-edge designs you will not find anywhere else. When our clients approached our team to renovate their Paradise Valley home, the goal was to transform the home from a Santa Barbara style to a brighter, and more modern home to fit their needs and style. One important aspect of the remodeling project was to make sure to keep the architectural integrity of the home, such as the structure of the home with curves and arches.
Before the remodeling project, throughout the home, you could find dark wood features, mosaic tiles, warm lighting, large stone fireplaces, and intricate details in cabinets and millwork. Not all of these aspects changed, however. Features that still had a Santa Barbara style and transitioned to fit a modern style were exposed beams found in the kitchen, living room, formal living room, and bedrooms. As well as iron doors, large fireplaces, and white walls.
While an important part of the process was to keep the architectural integrity of the home, different aspects were transformed. Such as the detailed interior door casing in the formal living room. Changing the door’s shape and adding more of a modern arch with millwork, was a small but impactful style change.
Primary Suite Design:
Many say that the kitchen is the heart of the home. And, while the kitchen went through a large remodeling process, this month we are covering the primary suite of the Paradise Valley home. Our client’s vision was a brighter, and more refreshing primary bathroom. To accomplish this, our luxury interior designers brought functionality and accessibility by changing the placement of the master shower and tub. By closing off the previous master shower, and moving it to the opposite wall, allowing for our client’s dream to come true of having his and her closets. Both the cabinets and the flooring in the master bathroom transformed from dark brown cabinetry and floors to light grey cabinetry with a mosaic tile floor. Paired with custom lighting, the master bathroom has a more bright and refreshing ambiance.
